Excellent Stay and Great Value!
convenient location free parking room upgrade
The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to local attractions and public transport. Free parking was a great perk, and I easily found a space. I also appreciated the room upgrade I received (I thought it was an awesome surprise!).
The bathroom fixtures showed some signs of age, like rust on the bin, which could definitely use an update.

A variety of options is offered at the restaurant, including classic dishes and lighter fare. Breakfast starts early for convenience. The restaurant offers both buffet and à la carte options. I was very satisfied with the selection.

There is ample free parking available , a definite plus. An EV charger is present, helpful for electric vehicle owners. The pool is open daily. I saw many guests having a lot of fun.

The room included tea and coffee-making facilities, very convenient for a quick refreshment. A large television offered many channels. The bed was very comfortable. Decor includes coordinating elements. I really liked it.

overall okay stay
helpful staff good state polite room loud kettle spring mattress tired hotel
the staff was very helpful and polite , which i found cheerful. the room was in a very good state. i thought they could have included a little more milk for teas and coffees , but i tend to use a lot.
the mattress springs really hurt my back , that's true. the hotel is tired and needs refurbishment. the kettle is loud , i could hear it when people next door were boiling theirs.

super clean room , great location
polite staff super clean room comfy bed good value
the room was super clean and warm. i needed additional pillows , and they arrived within ten minutes after i asked. the bed was comfy , and i had the best night's sleep i've had in a while. i thought the price was good , and it was a short walk to both the town center and the seafront.
the shower flow was a little weak , so it was difficult to wash properly.

I appreciated the onsite parking it made arrival easy. the location was convenient for accessing nearby amenities. i found the staff very helpful with directions and local information. the room had a comfortable bed. I slept very well.
the bathroom extractor fan was not working.

central location friendly staff
The location is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. I found free parking on site a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

dirty bathroom broken plug
the bathroom wasn't clean , and the saucers for tea cups were quite filthy. i mentioned the broken plug socket by the bed to a staff member , but they already knew and didn't seem concerned. after that , i tried calling reception several times during service hours , but no one ever answered. it was annoying to encounter such issues and not receive any support.

public transport lovely staff good value easy access
The hotel is close to public transport. the staff seemed lovely. the room presented good value for the money. i appreciated the cleanliness. the location allowed easy access, it was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. It. i found the electronic locks secure and practical!
I found the shower head a little outdated. The water pressure could be slightly better. it was a very minor inconvenience overall.
